PRIMROSE is a four-member multinational girl group under AO Entertainment, currently made up of RUBY, NAHYUN, RAINIE, and HAYUN.
They debuted on January 13, 2023, with their first mini album, RED MOON. At the time, the group consisted of two members, RUBY and YEEUM, and later went through changes in its lineup before becoming the current four-member group.

I first came across this girl group through the song “Cosmic.”
The visuals weren’t bad either, and the overall feel gave me the same feeling I had when I first heard RESCENE’s “Pinball.”
Of course, judging by the credits, they probably weren’t the ones who wrote or arranged the song. But in the end, they’re the ones playing it.

Their journey from starting as a two-member group to becoming a four-member group, as well as their process of finding their own color by changing genres and concepts with each album, feels similar to my own.
What stands out is that each of their songs has its own distinct color, and they continue to experiment with new sounds.

Starting with “Cosmic,” I hope they continue moving forward without giving up, making the most of their strengths.
