Quavo Reveals He’s Preparing Migos’ Final Album and Tour

Migos’ last full-length album was Culture III, released in June 2021.
It was made by all three members—Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff—and served as the final chapter of the Culture trilogy.
At the time, Universal Music also described Culture III as the finale of the series.
But after that album, Migos’ story took an unexpected turn.
As tensions between Quavo and Offset continued, the group’s activities essentially came to a halt. In 2022, Quavo and Takeoff formed the duo Unc & Phew and released Only Built for Infinity Links.
Then, with Takeoff’s death in November of the same year, it seemed like the future of Migos had effectively come to an end.
Migos started moving again this year.
Back in April, Quavo shared photos of Takeoff along with phrases like “TAKEOFF ALBUM,” “UNC N PHEW 2,” and “LAST ????? ALBUM,” adding the message, “Not a new chapter, but the next chapter.”
Offset also shared a photo from their Migos days, replying, “On dat!!!!” The two were later spotted together in the studio.
And in September, Quavo spoke out himself: “We coming back.”
He described the reunion as more than just a one-off performance, framing it as a project that will include new music and a tour.
However, the album title, release date, and tracklist have yet to be revealed. It has also not been officially confirmed whether any unreleased vocals from Takeoff will be included on the new album.
The plan announced so far is for Quavo and Offset to reunite as Migos.
Of course, since Takeoff has passed away, this will not be the same three-member Migos lineup from the past.
How the two will keep Takeoff’s presence alive through the music remains to be seen in the work they release going forward.
Migos started out as three rappers from Atlanta and went on to become a group that influenced the very language of trap and hip-hop.
The combination of Quavo’s melodies, Offset’s aggressive flow, and Takeoff’s distinctive rap style is hard to leave out when talking about 2010s hip-hop.
