Production of a new Fate/strange Fake series has been officially confirmed.
The announcement comes about five months after the 13th episode of the TV anime ended in March with the words “to be continued.”
The news was revealed during the Fate/strange Fake panel at Anime NYC in New York on August 21, along with a new teaser visual and a production announcement PV.

The new teaser features Ayaka Sajyou, Saber, and Sigma, with their images shown breaking apart and seemingly blending into one another.
The accompanying phrase, “Rise Against the Rules,” once again hints at another kind of chaos that breaks away from the framework of the Holy Grail War established in the existing Fate series.

Fate/strange Fake is based on the light novel of the same name, written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Shizuki Morii.
The anime is produced by A-1 Pictures, with the full-scale anime project following the 2023 TV special Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn-.

In particular, the video released after Episode 13 showed the characters facing a massive storm, ending with the words “to be continued.”
At the time, neither the release timing nor the format of the follow-up had been revealed, but this announcement officially confirms that the story will continue.

Original author Ryohgo Narita also shared a comment alongside the announcement.
Referring to the new visual, where Ayaka, Saber, and Sigma appear to break apart and blend into one another, he shared a message asking fans to look forward to seeing what kind of events they become caught up in, and how they will piece things together as the False Holy Grail War continues.

However, no specific release schedule, including the broadcast date, has been announced yet.
For now, what has been confirmed is that a new anime series is in production, along with the release of a teaser visual and PV.
