Exploring Personal Growth Journaling At A Time #46
-Monday-
Today, I started working at a sushi restaurant.
I have some work experience in the kitchen for a moment but it was different.
I was confused and it was complicated, and the glass was broken by me.
But they weren’t telling me any swear and I felt they still thought highly of me.
The entire schedule has been revised and started over again.
It’s fortunate that I’ve encountered another kind person in the new role.
From now on, I’m determined to keep going non-stop until I’m fully settled in LA

-Tuesday-
I had a migraine in the morning.
It was a tough day but I was bearable.
I decided that I was going to spend 50 dollars on someone.
I watched a video on YouTube that suggested that buying something for someone is a very simple investment path.
It genuinely resonated with me.
Honestly, more than the concept of investment,
I learned from my friends with whom I work in Vancouver.
It’s about sharing the food someone bought.
from the perspective of those eating, even something small is really appreciated.
That’s why I bought the donut from Tim Hortons and then gave it to my boss.
They were so happy, which made me happy too.
I don’t want anything in return, Just giving is rewarding enough for me

-Wednesday-
It’s going to start to be getting warm tomorrow.
I had only the morning shift today and took the afternoon off since there were no customers.
My boss complimented my performance but also pointed out that I was the first person not to memorize the restaurant’s menu.
I learn by doing, theories don’t stick with me unless I put them into action.
Actually, it doesn’t understand the system of the world.
Because everyone possesses unique abilities.
Some can memorize everything on the first try, while others, like me, need to go through the motions two or three times to grasp things.
It’s a different concept from adaptability, everyone has different strengths and weaknesses.
When I started to work in the first wherever my co-workers were skeptical and didn’t trust me.
But after a week, they acknowledged my efforts and ability.
And I think like this every job has its stages, and once you become accustomed to one,
you must move on to the next, however, when I look at it, bosses usually hand over the reins as soon as someone starts to get the hang of things.
Problaby because it makes things easier for themselves.
When the time comes for me to mentor others,
I’ll guide them to the next phase only when they are ready and adept in their current role.
This progression is not only a step in the process, it’s a method that leads to expertise.
Perhaps, if there is such a thing as fate,
it might be guiding me along this path to teach me these lessons.

-Saturday-
Today, the weather is so warm, so I think I’m not going to long underwear from now on.
I ventured into karma yoga, in which I found my body balanced from it.
Perhaps next Saturday or in the coming days, I will try kickboxing or boxing soon.
The kindness of the Maru Sushi owners touched me deeply.
I normally took brown rice and some vegetables from there,
although they went out of their way to accommodate my dietary preferences by purchasing granola for me.
I really was appreciated and I thought that I was going to do better.
If they are kind to me I also should work hard for them.
Anyway, I’m planning to attend church, aiming to broaden my circle of friends.
Although I don’t hold religious beliefs, I resonate with the concept of having a personal god,
A notion reinforced by A$AP Rocky’s interview at Oxford.
It was a reminder of the values that guide my life, and I’m going to remain a steadfast fan of his from now away
