Journal 172: It is not about seeking 'Truth'.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

That is right. It is not that this body goes into the world, but that the world comes to this body.\n\n
It comes and it goes. Only now does the saying \"see the world with the heart\" resonate with me.\n\n
Only now does the saying \"look at a person's inner self\" touch my heart. Only now do I understand the meaning of \"love your neighbor as yourself.\"\n\n
I am not completely certain. This is not the ultimate 'Truth'. If it is 'false', I have the courage to strip it away again.\n\n

I ran in the morning, and since I had finished my morning tasks yesterday evening, I read a book.\n\n
The more I read 'I AM THAT', the more I get an overall feel for it, but a proper, logical understanding doesn't quite come.\n\n
Without even realizing it, time came for me to go serve at the church cafe, so I got washed up and headed to church.<\/p>

Nothing special happened today either. I gave a letter and a church logo necklace as a birthday gift to the person who bought two products from me,\n\n
and to the person who helped with the product photos, I presented the Croissant Ring along with the church logo necklace.\n\n
For reference, when I use 'I' here, it refers to the 'I' as seen from your perspective.\n\n
In truth, however, I am in a state of recognizing and being aware that this body, thoughts, and mind are not 'Me'.<\/p>

Today, as expected, after finishing my service, I intended to go home, but at our group leader's request, I attended the service.\n\n
I left without taking part in the final prayer and went home. It is because I realized that I no longer have anything to ask for through prayer.\n\n
The Supreme simply desires to exist. It desires to exist purely as 'Truth'.\n\n
I intend to strip away the false things one by one. Truly, the only real thing inside me is 'That'.\n\n
Therefore, it is not about seeking the truth, but erasing the false, and that will not be forced, but will happen naturally.<\/p>

Tomorrow, I am going to Busan for a 2-day, 1-night trip with my sister and mom.\n\n
It is a place I have never been to before. My practice will continue there as well.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      The 2-day, 1-night trip to Busan was neither bad nor good.\n\n
      The scenery still gave me no particular emotion. Neither did the food.\n\n

        Finally, with the Hammer Earrings today, I finished all the earrings!\n\n
        For the Hammer Earrings, I tried to make resin parts using a 3D printer to fit clean square resin pieces into them,\n\n
        but due to the imperfect mold of the main body, I gave up on that and took a completely different path.<\/p>

        Rather than despairing or getting annoyed, I now clearly accept it and immediately find another path.\n\n
        In fact, both the color and the shape turned out much better and more three-dimensional.\n\n
        I've also finished the product photos, and now after making all the posters, I just need to launch the products on Sunday.\n\n
        Everything is flowing smoothly.<\/p>

        I really shouldn't go straight to sleep after eating from now on.\n\n
        Yesterday, after a long time, my family ate fried chicken late in the evening, and I fell asleep less than two hours later.\n\n
        And today my throat condition is terrible.. It feels like my acid reflux has returned.\n\n
        I definitely shouldn't sleep right away in the future.. Also, when eating the chicken, I didn't feel any happiness at all.\n\n
        It has now lost its value to me.<\/p>

        Tomorrow, my sister goes back to Canada. To think that 12 days have already passed!\n\n
        I don't even feel sad. Because I simply know that she will be fine again.\n\n
        Now I know this not with my mind, but with my heart. So.. yes! I just know.\n\n
        That is all I can say, and it is the maximum expression language can offer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Today was the day to see my sister off.\n\n
          Her flight was at 5:30 PM, but preparing for Chuseok, she had booked the airport bus for 12:30 PM.\n\n
          Contrary to expectations, however, traffic wasn't heavy, and she arrived much earlier than anticipated.\n\n
          With the remaining time, we ate a meal together, and then she went straight in to check in.\n\n
          No particular emotions surged up. Yet, coming back home, even though it was a short period of 12 days, a subtle sense of emptiness seemed to arise.\n\n
          However, as this too is merely a thought and feeling that comes and goes, it holds no power to affect me.<\/p>

          The time I spend in contemplative prayer has decreased from 1 hour to 20 minutes.\n\n
          Strangely, it's hard to focus, and even 20 minutes feels somewhat long.\n\n
          So, I plan to gather myself again and start with a goal of 30 minutes of contemplative prayer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              Today, I ran just 3km, came home, and did the cleaning and my chores.\n\n
              In fact, all the items on this week's To-Do list were already finished, so there was only rest time left.\n\n
              I had even watched all the anime I wanted to watch.. so there was literally nothing to do even during free time.\n\n
              Of course, I could have created work for myself, but this was a routine for me:\n\n
              If I've finished all the work for the week, then on Saturday, I strictly refrain from pulling forward the next tasks to do ahead of time.<\/p>

              I felt like I had to design something. Even if not design, I felt like I had to develop something.\n\n
              But this was my fixed notion. 'I must do something' itself was a wrong notion and a wrong world.\n\n
              It was also my desire that wasn't satisfied with simply existing. Simply existing.<\/b>\n\n
              Isn't that the most powerful desire that sustains this body? Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj came to me at just the right time.\n\n
              And at just the right time, he pointed out precisely what I needed.<\/p>

              It was stated precisely in the book as well: that people look for something to do even when they have nothing to do,\n\n
              never actually giving themselves time for the quiet of mind and thought.\n\n
              So from now on, whenever I have time like this, I intend to contemplate a bit more, to practice a bit more.\n\n
              Slowly, I can feel the barrier between myself and others breaking down. In truth, I might have already known this.\n\n
              It's just that I might not have known how to put this feeling into words. After all, it's been two years since I started contemplative prayer.\n\n
              In the end, I've returned to the beginning, but perhaps it was my inner Self leading me so that I could enter even deeper.<\/p>
